M= Mac and Cheese

 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni : This reminds me of how when I was seven or eight years old I would make my elbow like how the pasta elbows looked. Then I would eat it raw, and my mom would say "be careful you might hurt your mouth".

4 tablespoons butter: This reminds me of how when me and my sisters would want to help make and bake things my mom would say get the butter and we would never know that on the side of the stick it said how many tablespoons it was.

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour: I remember having flour fights with my sister lisa. Then we would get in trouble and have to clean it all up.

2 cups milk: Every morning till I was ten years old my dad would always have hot chocolate milk waiting near my bed and before I went to bed I would drink it. It woke me up and put me to bed.

1/4  salt and pepper to taste: I remember the time I got salt in my eyes and I cried and cried and my dad had to wash it out.

1/4 pound processed cheese food: I remember drowning my spaghetti with tons of cheese from price chopper. I never liked any other brand but the price chopper brand.

1/4 pound shredded Cheddar cheese: I remember going to walmart and seeing the shredded cheese and always wanting the mickey mouse shaped cheese.

Every time we make homemade mac and cheese it makes me smile and brings back bad and happy memories.
